Centerline Offset, Inc. began as an engineering firm in 1997 in downtown Tucson. The focus of the small engineering firm was on private development within the City of Tucson and Pima County.
Centerline assisted many business owners, churches and other organizations by preparing the engineering documents necessary to develop their operations and sanctuaries. Just a few of those developed over the 6-year period are listed below.

This background and experience is what qualifies Centerline to do the concept engineering design and cost estimates necessary to determine the feasibility of the project, run Pro Forma ’s and present options for development for projects well in advance of moving forward with detailed engineering design.
