Established 1997

Centerline Offset, Inc. was established in the heart of downtown Tucson in 1997 by Michele Guy, P.E., P.L.S. Miss Guy has 27 years of experience in Engineering and Land Surveying for the aerial cableway and coastal engineering industries throughout North America and the Caribbean. She was Project Manager for a $1.3 million dollar project for the Unites States Department of Defense in 1993. Miss Guy is now the Project Manager for a $1 billion dollar project in Tucson, Arizona.

The firm's philosophy from the onset has been to provide the highest quality development services in the most professional manner. Centerline works closely with the local agencies to ensure that the clients' interests are protected and yet the project is in compliance with government regulations to ensure quick and painless processing for plan approval. Centerline ensures project designs that are practical and functional and reviews construction plans to ensure they can be easily followed for field construction.

Since 1997 Centerline has obtained all of its new clients through referrals and is proud to have engineered the first subdivision for Habitat for Humanity, the largest home builder in the world, in the Tucson area.
